All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a range of shipping options to best suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - Free on orders over ₹1000, or ₹100 for orders below ₹1000
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - ₹300
• International Shipping (10-15 business days) - Rates vary depending on location, calculated at checkout

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within India and select international destinations. If you are located outside of our service area, please contact our customer service team at support@madebyindia.com to inquire about shipping options.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number or have any issues, please contact us.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and replace the damaged goods or process a refund if necessary.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by the destination country.
