Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions. We accept refund requests only if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect product.

Conditions for a Refund:

• The item is defective or damaged during shipping.
• You received the wrong item.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for specific cases where a return is allowed).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will take 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the refund process above, and place a new order for the exchange item. We cannot guarantee that the exchange product will be available, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other return requests, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
